Tourism Ad
For this tourism ad, I used the three stock photos and used the Elliptical Marquee tool to crop the photos than used the stroke tool to add a 20-pixel white border. For the gradient, I used the eyedropper tool to select a color and made a linear gradient across the background. I used a layer mask to create the shape of the woman dancing going through the background to expose the fall stock photo below. The Ottawa text came from stock photos and I used the quick selection tool to delete the white background and place the photo on top of the layers.
For this ad, I did the same thing as the other ad except I didn't use the layer mask and doubled the number of linear gradients with the eyedropper tool to have the text stand out on the sky background. I also added a gradient to the maple leaf shape and used the eyedropper tool to select a similar color from the background for the text. For the dotted line, I used the brush tool except I spaced out the line and was very easy.
