So for her face, I used Lightroom to clean up her red spots, bags under her eyes, redness, and contrast. So basically I focused on adding contrast to her eyebrows and pupils then working on the blemishes more afterward's. I personally worked on this photo at home and tried many ways to remove dark spots and slowly worked around the face removing obvious indents or over saturated or highlighted areas. In the original, you can see the more highlighted area around her philtrum and so that took a lot of time to figure out with blending exposure and the amount of contrast in the middle of the philtrum to make sure it was still visible. Overall I made sure to remove any overexposure or highlighted areas, created an even tone of saturation in the face, removed blemishes while also creating a strong contrast with her eyebrows and eyes.
